What an exciting week we have coming up! Our New Years’ #21daybethebestyou Challenge starts 1/13/20.
#21daybethebestyou items 1-7 (especially 7)
1). Must be a member to enter Challenge or have a pass!
2). Attend that weeks required practices/classes to qualify for that week’s REWARD….. (Each week’s practices/classes announced the week of!)
3). Upon completing each practice/class take a photo with your instructor & post to social media (NOT ONLY story) wall (can be more than just you and instructor in photo)
4). Be accountable. To yourself! Your commitment to being the best version of yourself. Set an intention and write down where you can see it daily during the 21 days of the challenge! THIS IS KEY!*
6). MUST post photos to WALL of Instagram or FB using 3 hashtags’ #21daybethebestyou #Behotyoga#glistenandsweat
