Sage Fulgenzio
AERIAL YOGA, KID’S AERIAL YOGA, RESTORATIVE AERIAL YOGA, FLOATING SOUND BATHS
My name is Sage and I moved from Oklahoma to Southern Utah in 2017 to finish high school at Tuacahn, I quickly fell in love with the arts and the Southwest. I started practicing yoga in 2014 and I loved the overall health benefits and relaxation it brought to my life as a stressed out teenager. I’ve wanted to try aerial yoga for a long time but never had the opportunity 2020. Since then, I’ve become a certified Aerial Yoga instructor and have been teaching in very small groups, but now I’m ecstatic to have the opportunity to teach full classes at the Be Hot Yoga Studio! Bringing this practice to the people of St. George is a dream come true. Outside of yoga, I also have begun other aerial arts including aerial hammock dance and aerial hoop. In addition, I’m a dog mom to a Papillon named Trolley and he’s my best friend FURever! I also like to participate in Polynesian style dance with wonderful people of Siva Pasefika. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you, thanks a bunch.
