Anyone can learn how to meditate.
To Inspire means to breathe-in. To inhale. It also means to be divinely guided.
Meditation is the simple and ancient practice of quieting the mind long enough to hear and feel your own wisdom. In this class you learn meditation postures, breathing, attitude and understanding. Each class will offer an inspirational message and a unique approach to meditation.
This class is designed for those who are new to meditation or who are interested in meditation, but do know where to start. It is the culmination of decades of practice, study and teaching.
