BE HOT is Southern Utah's home for heated yoga

Build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity in our signature 60-minute Hot Yoga class. Practiced in a therapeutically heated room (approximately 95–105°F with controlled humidity), this foundational series features a flowing sequence of key yoga postures designed to stretch, strengthen, and tone your entire body while promoting deep detoxification through sweat.

You’ll learn proper alignment, improve posture, and develop breath awareness — all in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, this class meets you where you are and helps you progress safely.
