Blanca developed her passion for yoga several years ago. With her medical background, she acknowledged that yoga was one of the most complete ways to maintain a healthy and fit body. Deepening her practice, she desired to share her knowledge with others.

The combination of her medical education and yoga training enables Blanca to provide an integrative platform to assist people in their efforts of reaching their personal health goals.

Blanca says, "My focus is to provide a needed bridge for individuals to see firsthand how yoga can impact their overall well-being, mind, body, and the spirit. I have devoted my life to service: to my family, my friends, as well as my community with enthusiasm and dedication. How I approach leading a yoga practice is similar, bringing a level of calmness, peace, and passion to the mat."

"When I found yoga, I found my true self."

Drawing on her Iyengar background to build the asanas/poses, she offers modifications so every individual, from a beginner to the most advanced, can fully engage in each class safely and mindfully. "I love teaching Yoga from the heart “
