Prenatal

This class brings awareness to the mind, body and spirit you and your baby. Join us in a calm, peaceful environment.  All BE instructors teaching this class are certified to teach prenatal yoga. 60 minutes, non-heated.
Mommy Bliss will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation and increase overall comfort. Also, MB is know to help alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues or concerns and share the wonderful new changes you and your baby are experiencing.
